Your Guide to RODEOHOUSTON Semifinals: Everything You Need to Know

With $50,000 on the line in each event as just the bonus for winning first, cowboys and cowgirls have set upon their journey at RODEOHOUSTON to become one of the 2024 top-season earners.

The stage has been set for the RODEOHOUSTON semifinals. After five Super Series, where each contestant took three chances to show their abilities, the top 20 contestants have earned the right to advance to the semifinals.

There will be two semifinal performances, with 10 contestants in each event. The top four in each semifinal performance will advance to Finals Sunday and compete for the top prize.

The remaining six who do not advance will then move on to the wildcard round. The wildcard competition will have twelve contestants, split over two performances. Of the six who compete against each other each night, only one will move on to the finals.

Finals Sunday will host 10 contestants in each event. At this point, all contestants start with a clean slate. No money or times carry forward to determine the champion. The top four times/scores in the finals will advance to the shootout round. Again, a clean slate. The top score or fastest time will determine the champion.
