After a tough loss last week, the Dallas Cowboys bounced back with an impressive victory over the Los Angeles Chargers on Monday Night Football. All eyes were on Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott to see how he would respond to the first real adversity of the season.

Prescott did not disappoint, as he threw for 272 yards and a touchdown. Perhaps the best highlight of the night was when Prescott took off for a 17-yard rushing touchdown on a critical fourth down play. Seeing Prescott scoot like that immediately had all of social media buzzing about his footwear.

During Monday night's game against the Chargers, Prescott rocked a new pair of retro Air Jordan cleats. More specifically, he wore the Air Jordan 1 in a blue and white player-exclusive colorway that perfectly matched the Cowboys' alternate road uniforms.

Not only is Prescott one of a select few NFL players to sign with Jordan Brand, but he is arguably the face of the brand in the league. We have seen the veteran quarterback wear new cleats every week, but this might be his best work yet. Below is everything fans must know about Prescott's old-school cleats from Monday night.

It has been almost 40 years since the legendary Air Jordan sneaker line took flight, and the shoes still have not come down yet. There have been dozens of iconic silhouettes, but many sneakerheads still consider the first installment to be the best.

Improved technology has made it nearly impossible to hoop in Air Jordan 1 sneakers, but Jordan Brand has redesigned the classic model for the gridiron and diamond. In recent years, professional football and baseball players have embraced the old-school basketball shoe and given it new life in the performance footwear world.

Prescott's player-exclusive Air Jordan cleats will never be released to the public. However, online shoppers can choose between several styles and colorways of the Air Jordan 1 on the Nike website
