During the dog days of the NBA offseason, hoops fans live for footage of legendary summer workouts featuring their favorite players. It does not get any more entertaining than the workout that took place this past week at Campbell Hall School in Southern California.

Trae Young, Jalen Green, as well as Phoenix Suns teammates Devin Booker and Kevin Durant, participated in the workout as rapper Drake looked on from the sidelines. Booker used the opportunity to debut his first signature sneaker with Nike.

Thanks to the team at Through The Lens, fans got a virtual front-row seat to the star-studded scrimmage. But even with the crisp 4K footage, it wasn't easy to surmise much about the Nike Book 1. Fans can see the shoes around 11 seconds into the video below.

Booker wore an all-black colorway of the unreleased hoop shoe, which only gave us brief glimpses of the silhouette. There is still no official launch date or tech specs. However, the Nike Book 1 is expected to release in Holiday 2023 for $150 in a 'Clay Orange' colorway.

Booker is entering his 9th NBA season and will turn 27 years old in October. Last July, Booker signed a six-year sneaker deal with Nike that runs through 2029. He has been a Nike athlete since he entered the league and has mostly worn player-exclusive colorways of signature Kobe Bryant sneakers until now.

Fans should expect more leaked images of Booker's signature shoes as we get closer to the start of the NBA preseason. Stay tuned to FanNation Kicks for all of your daily sneaker news in the sports world.
