Several A-list celebrities filed into Madison Square Garden on Tuesday night to watch the New York Knicks host the Los Angeles Lakers. However, no star was bigger than LeBron James.

The Lakers forward tallied 28 points, ten rebounds, and 11 assists in the winning effort. James did not let the major platform go to waste. Before the game, the 19x NBA All-Star debuted a pair of unreleased Nike shoes designed in collaboration with Tiffany & Co.

During the game, James debuted a new colorway of his 20th signature shoe - the Nike LeBron 20. After images leaked online a few weeks ago, we now know that the 'Liverpool F.C.' colorway is real and on the way.

In 2011, James became a part-owner of Liverpool F.C. and has represented the prestigious football club every chance he gets. Below is everything we know about the upcoming release.

The Nike LeBron 20 'Liverpool F.C.' is expected to release alongside a matching pair of Nike Air Max 1 shoes. At this time, there is no confirmed release date for either shoe. Focusing on last night's kicks, the 'Liverpool F.C.' colorway is almost entirely red except for the black outsole and Swoosh logos.

Similar to other premium colorways of the Nike LeBron 20, this version of the shoe features a suede upper instead of knit. Additionally, there is a gold dubrae containing "XX" on the shoe laces - a nod to 20 years of James' signature sneaker line.

James' 20th signature shoe has been a revelation. While fashion trends have steered away from performance models in favor of lifestyle shoes, the Nike LeBron 20 has made hoop shoes cool again. It is an impressive feat but par for the course for arguably the greatest basketball player of all time.
