Tom Brady Hoops in Old-School Nike Sneakers
Football season has started, but fall still has not officially arrived. That means the summer of Tom Brady continues to roll along. The NFL legend was honored at a New England Patriots game on Sunday, then made a quick trip to New York City the following day.
In his first year of retirement, Brady has stayed busy by taking on the corporate world with various business endeavors. Despite his hectic schedule, the 46-year-old still makes time to play basketball with his friends and family.
On Monday, Brady and his sons met with legendary basketball trainer Chris Brickley for a quick hoop session at the BlackOps basketball facility in New York City. In addition to showcasing perfect shooting form, Brady also showed off a clean pair of Nike sneakers.
Of course, Brady started his professional career with Nike before he eventually signed a massive sneaker deal with Under Armour in 2010. Since retirement, Brady has mostly worn the Nike Air Force 1 Low in neutral colorways. Below is what fans need to know about Brady's latest pair of old-school sneakers.
Nike Air Force 1 LV8 EMB
Brady played basketball in a pair of "Nike Air Force 1 Low '07 LV8 EMB SE" sneakers in the 'All-Star' colorway. The name of the model is a mouthful, but it's worth learning more about.
Nike released the shoes in February 2023 for $120 online and in select retailers. Despite selling out on Nike's website, online shoppers can still purchase the lifestyle shoes on the Finish Line website.
The white and blue colorway was inspired by the 2023 NBA All-Star Game held in Salt Lake City, Utah. Brady has shown an affinity for the retro basketball sneaker, and we cannot blame him. We just want to see more highlights of him getting buckets whenever possible. Stay locked into FanNationKicks.com for all your sneaker news.
