Under Armour has running shoes available in different NCAA colorways.

Sports fans have plenty of events to entertain themselves for the time being. In addition to professional sports, the Men's College World Series is still going strong. But within a few weeks, the interminable wait for college football season will be here.

Thanks to Under Armour, six lucky fanbases will be able to work out this summer while wearing shoes in their school colors. Under Armour sponsors several major NCAA athletic programs, and six of them have received special colorways in the Maryland-based brand's flagship running shoe.

The Men's UA HOVR Sonic 5 is currently available in seven colorways for $120 in men's sizes on the Under Armour website. The colorways include options for the Maryland Terrapins, South Carolina Gamecocks, Wisconsin Badgers, Texas Tech Red Raiders, Auburn Tigers, and two styles for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.

Sure, the shoes feature a sharp design perfect for game day. But these running shoes feature some impressive technology. They are designed for runners who like distance but want more flexibility, a breathable feel, and the real-time feedback of Form Coaching from UA MapMyRun.

The engineered spacer upper features a minimalist design for breathability, durability, and lightweight containment. The responsive UA HOVR setup provides impact protection, while the molded EVA sockliner provides added comfort for high-mileage performance.

As you read this, players on your favorite college football team are training for the start of the season. Under Armour is giving fans reason to invest in themselves with a new pair of shoes to get moving this summer. Stay tuned to FanNation Kicks for all your footwear news.
