Cameron Jordan Shows Off His Sneakers Before Saints Game
Sometimes defensive players in the NFL have to send a message with their physical play. Other times, they can do it with their footwear. New Orleans Saints defensive end Cameron Jordan enjoys asserting his dominance both ways.
Before the final game of the preseason on Sunday night, Jordan made quite the entrance into the Caesars Superdome. Jordan rocked a Saints basketball jersey and flexed two pairs of rare Air Jordan sneakers.
Thanks to the Saints' social media team, we can see that Jordan wore an unreleased pair of Air Jordan 1 High sneakers in a white and gold colorway. Meanwhile, Jordan held a pair of player-exclusive grey and white Air Jordan Spizike sneakers with "Pro Bowl" embroidered on the tongues.
All sneakerheads have to do is sign with Jordan Brand and then make eight NFL Pro Bowl appearances, and we can get one-of-one sneakers like Jordan. But since that is not going to happen, we can choose between a wide selection of Saints gear and retro Air Jordan sneakers on Nike's website in the meantime.
The wait for the NFL regular season to kick off is going to be rough. Luckily, Jordan gave fans plenty to think about over the next two weeks. Stay locked into FanNationKicks.com for all your footwear news.
