Monterey Trail High School - Monterey Trail's Dreyden Gullatt led all scorers with 15 points as the Mustangs beat Kennedy Cougars 42-28 in a game at Monterey Trail High School.

Gullatt's points came on 7 field goals and 1 of 3 free throws during the game.

Francisco Unk added 7. Kennedy fell to 0-1 overall while Monterey Trail improved their record to 2-0.

Kennedy's next game is scheduled to be played at home on Wednesday Feb. 1 versus River City. Monterey Trail will host Grant Union on Wednesday Feb. 1
