Madison defeats Dixie 24-14

Madison High School - RB Ke'ontae Springs racked up 171 rushing yards and scored 2 touchdowns to help Madison to a 24-14 win over Dixie on Friday night at Madison High School.

The Warhawks also recieved helpful efforts from WR Daniel Stokes who rushed 9 times for 61 yards and QB Mario Rodriguez who completed 5 passes for 24 yards.

Dixie's QB Jacob Barben threw for 140 yards and 1 touchdown, Hobbs Nyberg picked up 81 rushing yards and 1 touchdown and WR Payden Harrah had 56 receiving yards and 1 touchdown.

The win helps Madison improve to 4-0 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Madison will face off against the Mount Miguel Matadors at home on Friday September 29 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
