Point Loma cruises by Mira Mesa 35-6

Point Loma High School - QB Kyle Grady racked up 120 passing yards to lead Point Loma to a 35-6 win over Mira Mesa on Friday night at Point Loma High School.

The Pointers also recieved vital efforts from RB Josh Ball who rushed 19 times for 113 yards and 4 touchdowns and Malik Moore who caught 3 passes for 36 yards.

Mira Mesa's QB Noah Tumblin threw for 185 yards and 1 touchdown, RB Jalen Taite picked up 14 rushing yards and WR Artyom Harr had 87 receiving yards and 1 touchdown.

With the loss, Mira Mesa falls to 5-2 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Point Loma will challenge the Madison Warhawks at home on Friday October 20 at 6:30pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
