Inglewood Sentinels defeat Gonzaga Prep Bullpups 32-19 in California high school football game

Moorpark College - Inglewood High School Damon Wrighster racked up 225 passing yards and threw for 2 touchdowns to help the Inglewood Sentinels to a 32-19 win over the Gonzaga Prep Bullpups on Saturday night at Moorpark College in a high school football game.

The Sentinels also received key efforts from running back Victor Santino who rushed 29 times for 172 yards and 2 touchdowns and LUKE Lopez who caught 4 passes for 39 yards.

Gonzaga Prep's quarterback Bodie Stafford threw for 38 yards and 1 touchdown, running back Jonah Keller picked up 105 rushing yards and 1 touchdown and wide receiver Isaiah Docken had 38 receiving yards and 1 touchdown.

The win helps Inglewood improve to 2-1 on the season while Gonzaga Prep falls to 1-1. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Inglewood travels to Lawndale, CA to challenge the Lawndale Cardinals on Friday September 15. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
