Torrey Pines Falcons defeat San Marcos Knights 35-28 in California high school football game

Ed Burke Field at Torrey Pines HS - Torrey Pines High School Running back Mac Bingham racked up 207 rushing yards and scored 1 touchdown to guide Torrey Pines Falcons to a 35-28 win over San Marcos Knights on Friday night at Ed Burke Field at Torrey Pines HS in a high school football game.

The Falcons also received impressive efforts from Quarterback Jason Heine who completed 6 passes for 126 yards and Running back Luke Mikolajewski who caught 4 passes for 105 yards.

San Marcos' Quarterback Miles Hastings threw for 242 yards and 3 touchdowns, Running back Zach Frost picked up 119 rushing yards and Wide receiver Jalen Bainer had 106 receiving yards and 1 touchdown.

The win helps Torrey Pines improve to 8-0 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.
