Dunbar Tigers defeat Naples Golden Eagles 14-7 in Florida high school football game

Naples - Dunbar High School running back David Perkins Jr. picked up 66 rushing yards to lead the Dunbar Tigers to a 14-7 win over the Naples Golden Eagles on Friday night at Naples in a high school football game.

The Tigers also received major efforts from Landon Winterbottom who completed 3 passes for 23 yards and 1 touchdown and Twaski Abrams who rushed 6 times for 19 yards.

Naples' quarterback Jack Melton threw for 20 yards, running back Kendrick Raphael picked up 89 rushing yards and 1 touchdown and wide receiver Keylijah Williams had 15 receiving yards.

The win helps Dunbar improve to 9-1 on the season while Naples falls to 9-3. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.
