Palmetto Ridge - Naples High School quarterback Carter Quinn had 66 rushing yards and scored 1 touchdown to guide the Naples Golden Eagles to a 63-0 win over the Palmetto Ridge Bears on Friday night in a high school football game.

The Golden Eagles also received helpful efforts from running back Jamar Jerome who rushed 4 times for 91 yards and 1 touchdown and running back Shawn Simeon who rushed 4 times for 82 yards and 3 touchdowns.

Palmetto Ridge's Demetri Zertopoulis threw for 59 yards, Steven Rousseau picked up 26 rushing yards and Aiden Passelle had 24 receiving yards.

The win helps Naples improve to 5-1 on the season while Palmetto Ridge falls to 0-7. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Naples will face off against the Lely Trojans at home on Friday October 13. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
