Palmetto Ridge - Aubrey Rogers High School quarterback Caden DiLoreto had 122 passing yards and threw for 2 touchdowns to help the Aubrey Rogers Patriots to a 21-20 win over the Palmetto Ridge Bears on Friday night in a high school football game.

The Patriots also received impressive efforts from running back Thomas Pecaro who rushed 11 times for 106 yards and running back Brady Stewart who rushed 3 times for 27 yards.

Palmetto Ridge's Jayden Cowgill threw for 221 yards and 2 touchdowns, Steven Rousseau picked up 131 rushing yards and 1 touchdown and Edwoun Octa had 99 receiving yards and 1 touchdown.

The win helps Aubrey Rogers improve to 2-2 on the season while Palmetto Ridge falls to 1-3. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Aubrey Rogers travels to Naples, FL to face off against the Gulf Coast Sharks on Friday September 20. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
