Fort Myers Green Wave cruises by Cypress Lake Panthers 55-28 in FL high school football game

Cypress Lake - Fort Myers High School Dominic Ardezzone accumulated 370 passing yards and threw for 5 touchdowns to help the Fort Myers Green Wave to a 55-28 win over the Cypress Lake Panthers on Friday night in a high school football game.

The Green Wave also received helpful efforts from Fred Jackson who rushed 4 times for 65 yards and 1 touchdown and John Holcy who rushed 5 times for 17 yards.

Cypress Lake's Joey Dube-garrett threw for 58 yards and 2 touchdowns, Jaydon Henderson picked up 40 rushing yards and 2 touchdowns and Rashawn Anderson had 46 receiving yards and 2 touchdowns.

The win helps Fort Myers improve to 3-0 on the season while Cypress Lake falls to 1-2. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Fort Myers travels to Fort Myers, FL to face off against the South Fort Myers Wolfpack on Friday September 13. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
