Jones Fightin' Tigers beat Naples Golden Eagles 18-7 in FL high school football game

Naples - Jones High School quarterback Dereon Coleman had 87 passing yards to help the Jones Fightin' Tigers to a 18-7 win over the Naples Golden Eagles on Friday night in a high school football game.

The Fightin' Tigers also received major efforts from athlete Jaquail Smith who rushed 14 times for 121 yards and 1 touchdown and running back Daunte Wallace who rushed 4 times for 19 yards and 1 touchdown.

Naples' running back Shawn Simeon picked up 132 rushing yards and 1 touchdown.

The win helps Jones improve to 14-0 on the season while Naples falls to 11-3. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.
