Lincoln-Way Central Knights cruises by Andrew Thunderbolts 43-16 in Illinois high school football game

Andrew - Lincoln Way Central High School Drew Woodbury racked up 140 rushing yards and scored 1 touchdown to guide the Lincoln-Way Central Knights to a 43-16 win over the Andrew Thunderbolts on Friday night at Andrew in a high school football game.

The Knights also received major efforts from Braden Meyer who rushed 6 times for 84 yards and 1 touchdown and Michael Koehler who completed 2 passes for 33 yards and 2 touchdowns.

Andrew's fullback Brady Tanquilut picked up 146 rushing yards.

The win helps Lincoln-Way Central improve to 7-1 on the season while Andrew falls to 2-5. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.
