Northwestern - Northwestern's Mc Kenna Layden led all scorers with 31 points as the Lady Tigers beat West Lafayette Red Devils 54-44 in a game at Kokomo, IN.

Layden's points came on 4 field goals, 3 three pointers and 14 of 19 free throws during the game.

Adrianne Tolen added 20. West Lafayette fell to 1-1 overall while Northwestern improved their record to 2-1.

West Lafayette's next game is scheduled to be played at home on Friday Nov. 12 versus Kokomo. Northwestern will host Cass on Saturday Nov. 20
