Kuemper Knights crushes Underwood Eagles 49-28 in IA high school football game

Kuemper - Kuemper High School Brock Badding accumulated 211 passing yards and threw for 2 touchdowns to help the Kuemper Knights to a 49-28 win over the Underwood Eagles on Friday night in a high school football game.

The Knights also received major efforts from JARIN HOFFMAN who rushed 17 times for 132 yards and 2 touchdowns and Will Simons who rushed 12 times for 68 yards.

Underwood's Garrett Luett threw for 209 yards and 4 touchdowns, Sam Schoening picked up 47 rushing yards and Sam hulsing had 102 receiving yards and 2 touchdowns.

The win helps Kuemper improve to 1-1 on the season while Underwood falls to 0-2. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Kuemper travels to Avoca, IA to challenge the A-H-S-T Vikings on Friday September 13. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.

Underwood travels to Council Bluffs, IA to take on the St. Albert Falcons on Friday September 13. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
