Decatur Raiders cruises by Beatty Rangers 49-6 in Michigan high school football game

Cassopolis - Decatur High School quarterback Brandon Bruno had 144 passing yards and threw for 3 touchdowns to help the Decatur Raiders to a 49-6 win over the Beatty Rangers on Friday night in a high school football game.

The Raiders also received impressive efforts from wide receiver Brenden Hunsberger who rushed 1 time for 58 yards and 1 touchdown and fullback Brayden Parish who rushed 11 times for 55 yards.

Beatty's l pflug threw for 15 yards, j b picked up 41 rushing yards and 1 touchdown and c r had 15 receiving yards.

The win helps Decatur improve to 3-2 on the season while Beatty falls to 0-5. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Decatur travels to Kalamazoo, MI to take on the Comstock Colts on Friday September 30. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
