Rocori Spartans defeat Sartell-St. Stephen Sabres 29-14 in Minnesota high school football game

Rocori High School - Rocori High School QB QB picked up 216 passing yards and threw for 3 touchdowns to lead the Rocori Spartans to a 29-14 win over the Sartell-St. Stephen Sabres on Friday night at Rocori High School in a high school football game.

The Spartans also received major efforts from RB RB who rushed 20 times for 61 yards and 1 touchdown and WR WR who caught 10 passes for 216 yards and 3 touchdowns.

Sartell-St. Stephen's quarterback Cole Hentges threw for 266 yards, running back Gavan Schulte picked up 28 rushing yards and 1 touchdown and wide receiver Dylan Simones had 95 receiving yards.

The win helps Rocori improve to 3-0 on the season while Sartell-St. Stephen falls to 1-1-1. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Rocori travels to St. Cloud, MN to challenge the Apollo Eagles on Friday September 16. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
