Oak Grove Warriors crushes Northwest Rankin Cougars 59-28 in MS high school football game
Warrior Field - Oak Grove High School quarterback Kellen Hall accumulated 286 passing yards and threw for 5 touchdowns to guide the Oak Grove Warriors to a 59-28 win over the Northwest Rankin Cougars on Friday night in a high school football game.
The Warriors also received vital efforts from running back Roman Causey who rushed 15 times for 88 yards and 2 touchdowns and running back Martez Blackwell who rushed 6 times for 56 yards.
Northwest Rankin's quarterback joseph phillipson threw for 95 yards, running back Tripp Weakley picked up 132 rushing yards and 3 touchdowns and wide receiver De’Shawn Dillon had 45 receiving yards.
The win helps Oak Grove improve to 5-3 on the season while Northwest Rankin falls to 5-3. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.
