Madison Central Jaguars cruises by Northwest Rankin Cougars 28-3 in MS high school football game
The Jungle - Madison Central High School quarterback jaiden johnson racked up 161 passing yards and threw for 1 touchdown to guide the Madison Central Jaguars to a 28-3 win over the Northwest Rankin Cougars on Friday night in a high school football game.
The Jaguars also received helpful efforts from running back glen singleton who rushed 18 times for 101 yards and 1 touchdown and running back Mikel Stephen who rushed 6 times for 97 yards and 1 touchdown.
Northwest Rankin's quarterback GAVIN phillipson threw for 168 yards, running back Tripp Weakley picked up 15 rushing yards and linebacker Maddox May had 43 receiving yards.
The win helps Madison Central improve to 3-1 on the season while Northwest Rankin falls to 2-2. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.
