Caledonia beats West Lowndes 28-12

Caledonia High School - SB Jedarius Gore racked up 179 rushing yards and scored 3 touchdowns to help Caledonia to a 28-12 win over West Lowndes on Friday night at Caledonia High School.

The Confederates also received vital efforts from Brayden Gholson who rushed 22 times for 80 yards and QB Brandon Edmonson who rushed 16 times for 78 yards and 1 touchdown.

West Lowndes' sye pippins threw for 34 yards, jherquaveus sanders picked up 143 rushing yards and 2 touchdowns and Cordarius McGee had 24 receiving yards.

The win helps Caledonia improve to 1-0 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Caledonia will face off against the Aberdeen Bulldogs at home on Friday August 24 at 5:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
