Taylorsville Tartars cruises by Calhoun City Wildcats 42-0 in Mississippi high school football game
Mississippi Veterans Memorial Stadium - Taylorsville High School Quarterback Ty Keyes picked up 177 passing yards and threw for 3 touchdowns to help Taylorsville Tartars to a 42-0 win over Calhoun City Wildcats on Saturday night at Mississippi Veterans Memorial Stadium in a high school football game.
The Tartars also received helpful efforts from Running Back Jeffery Pittman who rushed 12 times for 162 yards and 1 touchdown and Travis Keyes who rushed 8 times for 73 yards and 1 touchdown.
Calhoun City's Quarterback Jackson Lee threw for 55 yards and Wide Receiver Thomas Clayton had 21 receiving yards.
The win helps Taylorsville improve to 14-1 on the season while Calhoun City falls to 10-3. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.
