Clarksdale Wildcats defeat Gentry Rams 40-27 in Mississippi high school basketball game

Clarksdale High School - Clarksdale's Caitlin Hall led all scorers with 24 points as the Wildcats beat Gentry Rams 40-27 in a game at Clarksdale High School.

Hall 's points came on 10 field goals and 4 of 6 free throws during the game.

Taniyah Williams added 10. Gentry fell to 10-7 overall while Clarksdale improved their record to 11-3.

Gentry's next game is scheduled to be played at Ruleville Central (Thomas E. Edwards, Sr.) High School on Friday Jan. 14 versus Thomas E. Edwards. Clarksdale will travel to Yazoo City High School on Friday Jan. 14 to play Yazoo City.
