Wilmington, NC - Hoggard Guard Nate Sweeney led all scorers with 18 points as the Vikings beat E.A. Laney Buccaneers 69-52 in a game at Wilmington, NC.

Sweeney's points came on 3 field goals, 3 three pointers and 3 of 4 free throws during the game.

Brendan Cazeault added 11. E.A. Laney fell to 0-2 overall while Hoggard improved their record to 16-2.

Hoggard will host New Hanover on Thursday Feb. 9
