Hoggard Vikings beat E.A. Laney Buccaneers 28-14 in North Carolina high school football game

Wilmington, NC - Hoggard High School running back M'Kel Bellamy accumulated 132 rushing yards to lead the Hoggard Vikings to a 28-14 win over the E.A. Laney Buccaneers on Friday night at Wilmington, NC in a high school football game.

The Vikings also received impressive efforts from wide receiver Nas Session who completed 3 passes for 108 yards and 2 touchdowns and running back Cayden Hollar who rushed 9 times for 38 yards and 1 touchdown.

E.A. Laney's Ty Little picked up 302 rushing yards and 2 touchdowns.

The win helps Hoggard improve to 7-2 on the season while E.A. Laney falls to 6-4. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Hoggard travels to Wilmington, NC to take on the New Hanover Wildcats on Friday October 28. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
