Hoggard crushes E.A. Laney 44-13

Wilmington, NC - Josh Jones racked up 210 passing yards and threw for 2 touchdowns to help Hoggard to a 44-13 win over E.A. Laney on Friday night at Wilmington, NC.

The Vikings also recieved key efforts from Anthony Schiavone who caught 6 passes for 148 yards and 2 touchdowns and Kenneth Marshall who rushed 14 times for 124 yards.

E.A. Laney's Sherod Sidbury threw for 68 yards and 1 touchdown, Matt Sims picked up 50 rushing yards and Jason Billingslea had 68 receiving yards and 1 touchdown.

The win helps Hoggard improve to 6-0 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Hoggard travels to Shallotte, NC to challenge the West Brunswick Trojans on Friday October 6 at 4:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
