Hoggard Vikings cruises by New Hanover Wildcats 39-13 in NC high school football game

Wilmington, NC - Hoggard High School quarterback Matthew Boring had 248 passing yards and threw for 2 touchdowns to help the Hoggard Vikings to a 39-13 win over the New Hanover Wildcats on Friday night at Wilmington, NC in a high school football game.

The Vikings also received impressive efforts from fullback Isaiah Newkirk who rushed 18 times for 91 yards and 1 touchdown and running back Michael Lewkowicz who rushed 2 times for 47 yards and 1 touchdown.

New Hanover's A QUARTERBACK threw for 114 yards, A Runningback picked up 29 rushing yards and A Reciever had 108 receiving yards.

The win helps Hoggard improve to 9-1 on the season while New Hanover falls to 6-4. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.
