Roosevelt Roughriders edge Gresham Gophers 70-68 in Oregon high school basketball game

Liberty High School, Hillsboro - Roosevelt Guard Terrence Hill led the way with 17 points as the Roughriders beat Gresham Gophers 70-68 in a game at Liberty High School, Hillsboro.

Hill's points came on 1 field goal, 3 three pointers and 6 of 6 free throws during the game.

Esyah Pippa White added 23. Gresham fell to 3-2 overall while Roosevelt improved their record to 5-1.

Gresham's next game is scheduled to be played at on Wednesday Jan. 5 versus David Douglas. Roosevelt will travel to on Tuesday Jan. 4 to play Lincoln.
