Putnam beats Milwaukie 14-7

Putnam High School - RB Curtis Hoyle had 54 rushing yards and scored 1 touchdown to help Putnam to a 14-7 win over Milwaukie on Friday night at Putnam High School.

The Kingsmen also recieved crucial efforts from RB Giovani Hernandez who rushed 7 times for 30 yards and QB Marcellus Kenion who completed 3 passes for 29 yards.

Milwaukie's QB Grey Andreasen-VanOtten threw for 48 yards and 1 touchdown, RB Chazz Amundson picked up 123 rushing yards and RB Jacob Sanders had 35 receiving yards.

The win helps Putnam improve to 5-3 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.
