Grant crushes Franklin 55-0

Franklin - QB Sam Simril accumulated 55 passing yards and threw for 3 touchdowns to guide Grant to a 55-0 win over Franklin on Friday night.

The Generals also received vital efforts from WR Timon Davis who rushed 3 times for 64 yards and 1 touchdown and RB Dameion Phillips who rushed 7 times for 57 yards.

Franklin's QB Dashiel Pederson threw for 9 yards, RB Oscar Keymolen-Camargo picked up 14 rushing yards and WR Dee Clayton had 9 receiving yards.

With the loss, Franklin falls to 0-7 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.
