Castlewood Warriors cruises by Arlington Cardinals 36-16 in South Dakota high school football game
Castlewood - Castlewood High School Brody Bass racked up 114 passing yards and threw for 2 touchdowns to guide the Castlewood Warriors to a 36-16 win over the Arlington Cardinals on Friday night at Castlewood in a high school football game.
The Warriors also received crucial efforts from Lane Tvedt who rushed 5 times for 61 yards and 2 touchdowns and Cooper Thu who rushed 3 times for 33 yards.
Arlington's Jake Burns threw for 39 yards, Kaden Steffensen picked up 95 rushing yards and 1 touchdown and Blake Madsen had 25 receiving yards.
The win helps Castlewood improve to 1-1 on the season while Arlington falls to 1-1. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.
