Wharton defeats Somerville 54-36

A&M Consolidated High School - Wharton's A Young led all scorers with 14 points as the Tigers beat Somerville 54-36 in a game at A&M Consolidated High School ."

Young's points came on 6 field goals and 2 of 2 free throws during the game.

Somerville was led by Gabby Kovasovic's 15 points and Shaylen Busby added 7. Somerville fell to 6-10 overall while Wharton improved their record to 0-0.
