College Station High School - Somerville 's Gabby Kovasovic led all scorers with 15 points as the Yeguas beat Needville 41-35 in a game at College Station High School ."

Kovasovic's points came on 5 field goals and 5 of 9 free throws during the game.

Needville was led by B Ruggeroli's 10 points and T Ellerbe added 9. Needville fell to 0-0 overall while Somerville improved their record to 7-10.

Somerville will host Bellville on Tuesday Jan. 2 at 4:00pm.
