Sammamish HS - Mercer Island's Tyler Butson led all scorers with 15 points as the Islanders beat Sammamish Totems 60-45 in a game at Bellevue, WA.

Butson's points came on 2 field goals, 3 three pointers and 2 of 2 free throws during the game.

Zakarie Abdulkadir added 14. Sammamish fell to 0-1 overall while Mercer Island improved their record to 2-0.
