Wapato defeats Othello 87-80

Wapato - Wapato Guard Caleb Cordova led all scorers with 25 points as the Wolves beat Othello 87-80 in a game at Wapato."

Cordova's points came on 2 field goals, 6 three pointers and 3 of 4 free throws during the game.

Othello was led by Kyler Villareal's 19 points and Jonathan Garza added 18. Othello fell to 3-9 overall while Wapato improved their record to 9-4.

Othello's next game is scheduled to be played at East Valley on Saturday Jan. 13 at 7:15pm versus East Valley. Wapato will travel to Ephrata High School on Saturday Jan. 13 at 7:15pm to play Ephrata.
