Central Valley Bears cruises by Ferris Saxons 41-0 in Washington high school football game
Central Valley HS - Central Valley High School quarterback Luke Abshire racked up 148 passing yards and threw for 3 touchdowns to guide the Central Valley Bears to a 41-0 win over the Ferris Saxons on Friday night at Central Valley HS in a high school football game.
The Bears also received helpful efforts from linebacker Zac Abshire who caught 2 passes for 84 yards and 1 touchdown and linebacker Danner Smith who rushed 9 times for 53 yards.
Ferris' quarterback PAXTON PAGE threw for 79 yards, running back Hunter Zigler picked up 25 rushing yards and wide receiver IJIDE Olajoyegbe had 46 receiving yards.
The win helps Central Valley improve to 2-1 on the season while Ferris falls to 2-1. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.
