West Valley - Lakeland High School t Calder racked up 92 rushing yards and scored 1 touchdown to guide the Lakeland Hawks to a 23-0 win over the West Valley Eagles on Friday night in a high school football game.

The Hawks also received crucial efforts from j Cornish who rushed 15 times for 67 yards and 1 touchdown and w Saputski who rushed 2 times for 22 yards.

West Valley's quarterback Raesean Eaton threw for 54 yards, running back Judah Clark picked up 17 rushing yards and wide receiver Jayden Barta had 14 receiving yards.

The win helps Lakeland improve to 4-0 on the season while West Valley falls to 1-1. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Lakeland will take on the Coeur d'Alene Vikings at home on Friday September 16. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
