Seattle Prep defeats Redmond 27-17

Memorial Stadium - QB Jaxon Woodward picked up 194 passing yards and threw for 2 touchdowns to guide Seattle Prep to a 27-17 win over Redmond on Thursday night at Memorial Stadium.

The Panthers also recieved helpful efforts from Brennan Holmes who caught 2 passes for 81 yards and Colin Gale who caught 1 pass for 80 yards and 1 touchdown.

Redmond's Teryn Berry threw for 233 yards and 1 touchdown, Jeremy Hernandez picked up 28 rushing yards and Bradley Cagle had 92 receiving yards and 1 touchdown.

The win helps Seattle Prep improve to 2-1 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Seattle Prep will challenge the Garfield Bulldogs at home on Friday September 22 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.

Redmond travels to Mercer Island, WA to face off against the Mercer Island Islanders on Friday October 6 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
