Davenport crushes Wilbur-Creston 62-28

Davenport - Alex Plasencia racked up 202 rushing yards to guide Davenport to a 62-28 win over Wilbur-Creston on Friday night.

The Gorillas also recieved vital efforts from Justin Regan who rushed 26 times for 191 yards and 1 touchdown and Jaden Flett who rushed 8 times for 89 yards and 5 touchdowns.

Wilbur-Creston's QB Blaine Bandy threw for 204 yards and 3 touchdowns, OL Layne Smith picked up 48 rushing yards and WR Brayden Seylor had 65 receiving yards.

The win helps Davenport improve to 3-1 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.
