Gonzaga Prep Bullpups edge Mt. Spokane Wildcats 10-7 in Washington high school football game
Union Stadium - Gonzaga Prep quarterback Ryan McKenna had 112 rushing yards to lead the Gonzaga Prep Bullpups to a 10-7 win over the Mt. Spokane Wildcats on Saturday night at Union Stadium in a football game.
The Bullpups also received helpful efforts from running back Jaden Ortega who rushed 16 times for 79 yards and wide receiver Evan Duchense who caught 3 passes for 23 yards.
Mt. Spokane's slot back Connor Maril threw for 50 yards, wide receiver Tyler Alm picked up 63 rushing yards and fullback Casey Howerton had 24 receiving yards.
The win helps Gonzaga Prep improve to 1-0 on the season while Mt. Spokane falls to 0-1. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.
