Medical Lake High School - Medical Lake's Charde Luat led all scorers with 19 points as the Cardinals beat Newport Grizzlies 62-26 in a game at Medical Lake High School.

Luat's points came on 3 field goals, 3 three pointers and 4 of 4 free throws during the game.

. Reedy added 11. Newport fell to 0-12 overall while Medical Lake improved their record to 6-8.

Newport's next game is scheduled to be played at Newport High School on Saturday Jan. 21 versus Lakeside. Medical Lake will travel to Riverside High School on Saturday Jan. 21 to play Riverside.
