Ferris Saxons edge Moses Lake Mavericks 58-56 in Washington high school basketball game

Ferris High School - Ferris Point Guard Kayla Jones led all scorers with 23 points as the Saxons beat Moses Lake Mavericks 58-56 in a game at Ferris High School.

Jones' points came on 6 field goals, 2 three pointers and 5 of 6 free throws during the game.

Madison Bond added 22. Moses Lake fell to 4-5 overall while Ferris improved their record to 3-3.

Moses Lake's next game is scheduled to be played at home on Wednesday Dec. 27 versus Wapato. Ferris will travel to West Valley HS on Wednesday Dec. 27 to play Northwest Christian School.
