Waunakee Warriors crushes Holmen Vikings 49-6 in Wisconsin high school football game
Waunakee - Waunakee High School quarterback Vance Johnson racked up 133 passing yards and threw for 3 touchdowns to lead the Waunakee Warriors to a 49-6 win over the Holmen Vikings on Friday night in a high school football game.
The Warriors also received crucial efforts from running back Sebastian Rasmussen who rushed 3 times for 73 yards and 1 touchdown and running back Benjamin Lindley who rushed 9 times for 71 yards and 1 touchdown.
Holmen's Noah Ertz threw for 22 yards, Peyton Wolfe picked up 40 rushing yards and Gavin Solberg had 17 receiving yards.
The win helps Waunakee improve to 10-0 on the season while Holmen falls to 3-7. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.
