The Los Angeles Angels are feeling good and looking good, as they have won six of their last seven games. The Halos have seemed to find their stride in their last handful of games, and fans couldn't be happier.

The team is clicking, and players are figuring it out, including Angels outfielder Hunter Renfroe. Although Renfroe went 0-for-6 in Monday's extra-innings win, he came up clutch in his second game back from the paternity list on Sunday. He smacked an RBI double to give him his first hit since returning to the lineup.

Halos reporter Erica Weston caught up with the new dad and asked if he thinks the new 'dad strength' is working in his favor. The 31-year-old said it hasn't come in just yet.

"I don't know about that, she's still little. Not much to lift right now, but I think it's coming in eventually. Got some sleep in today, feel rested and I'm ready to rock."

Renfroe missed four games last week as he went on the paternity list, but he is now back and will look to contribute in a big way for the Halos. In 61 games in 2023, he is slashing .242/.292/.433 with a .725 with 11 home runs, 31 RBIs, and 58 hits.

Renfroe is in his fourth team in four seasons, and if he can continue to play his role, maybe he can stay in Orange County past 2023.

Congratulations to Hunter and his wife. Let's hope that dad strength comes in any time now.
