Angels News: Jo Adell Returns to Halos Amid Series of Roster Moves
Jo Adell has made it back to the Halos after being reinstated from the 60-day injured list.
Adell suffered an oblique injury back in early July that landed him on the injured list after not initially recovering as expected.
Most of his time away was spent in Arizona rehabbing until around a week ago Adell reported to Triple-A Salt Lake and began his rehab assignment.

There was possible skepticism about whether or not Adell was going to be able to return for the last handful of games but he is officially back and looks to take command of the centerfield for the Halos.
Adell has been a top prospect for the Angels for a while now and has had over 160 games in the bigs since being called up initially in 2020.
Still, 24-year-old Adell may find more playing time in center field with the possible offseason trade of Mike Trout many reporters are saying the Angels are open to.
Adell has shown promising athletic traits with elite speed and amazing power but has struggled to translate his amazing Minor League success to the Majors.
With youth on his side and a possible vacancy in the middle of the field created this offseason, the Angels are getting younger as they look to develop players like Nolan Schanuel and keep players like Logan O'Hoppe healthy.
This Angels team has been disappointing in 2023 but now the ball club will focus on developing young talent in the MLB while also attempting to lock up the best player in baseball, Shohei Ohtani, this offseason.
