Watch Angels' Shohei Ohtani Mimic Anthony Rendon's Altercation with Fan

We could all sit back and laugh about it now

The Angels are off to a solid start to the 2023 campaign, which all began against the Oakland Athletics during Opening weekend. 

The Angels took two out of three from the A's; however, some off-the-field drama struck the team. Anthony Rendon got into an altercation with a fan after Opening Day and was ultimately suspended four games after initially receiving a five-game suspension. 

The 32-year-old grabbed the fan by his shirt and accused the fan of calling him a "b****," and raised his hand at the fan. At the time, Angel fans and players were all unsure of how severe Rendon's situation would be, but now we can go back and laugh at it. 

That's exactly what Angels superstar Shohei Ohtani is doing, as he was caught mimicking Rendon and the actions that got him suspended.

It's all fun and jokes in the Angels dugout, and we're glad they seem to be behind it. Rendon hasn't hit his stride yet since returning from the suspension, but if healthy, hopefully, he can get to a version of the guys the Halos signed long-term.
